We are on the 4 th floors , of course with elevators ,

in a in a limestone building Haussmanian style built in 1913

We are next to Claridge Hotel ,

Marriott Hotel and Fouquet s , the Georges V , Pershing Hall , California Hotel ,

and the Plaza Athenée are one block away .

Place Vendome is close too .

This is an exceptionnal best prime location , and a very quiet appartement thanks to a perfect double glazing .

You will have an Amazing view on Champs Elysées , Eiffel Tower , Tuileries and Notre Dame de Paris on the right ,
