T his cute and very well located and equiped apartment is a 25 m2 studio on the 2 nd floor of a small 4 stores building which can accomodate up to 5 guests as a pied a terre, bed 200*140, sofa 200*140 and 200*100

Very close to Champs Elysees by bus 31 very regular all days everydays or by subway: 3 stations to Charles de Gaulle Etoile .

4 subway stations to Opera and Butte Montmartre.

Six (6) different subway stations around : Malesherbe, Monceau, Villiers, Perreire, Rome, Wagram.

(3) Three Buslines: 31, 94 and 53 .

Rer-Metro : Perreire

Closest train station is Gare saint Lazare.

Closest peripherique exit is Porte d Asniere ( 200 m )

Lots of public parking available around. Very safe district.

No cars are needed, and bicycles are nearly free for rent thanks to Velib of the city of Paris.

Large hard discount supermarket 50 m away 112 rue Cardinet with free delivery and the famous " marché de Levis and the very old and famous Parc Monceau created in 1787 by the Duke de Chartres father of Louis Philippe which is among the most beautiful Park of Paris . Claude Monet paint the park in 1876 .

There are lots of famous museums around this studio just by walking:

Museum Cernuschi , 7 avenue Velasquez Chinese art with some pieces of art among the best of the world.

State Museum Jean Jacques Henner 47 avenue de Villiers in private mansion previously owned by the painter

Georges Dubufe.

The fabulous Museum Nissim de Camondo , 63 rue de Monceau overlooking the Parc Monceau ,very fine 18 century collections given to Institut de France in 1935 by the owners , one of the richest family of France at the time .

The very exceptionnal Museum Jacquemart- André , 158 Boulevard Haussman 18eme century Art , with lots of temporary exhibitions in an extraordinary mansion also given to Insttitut de France in 1913

The location of this studio is very central in the west part of Paris and also very quiet .

IT was fully refurbished one year ago and fully furnished by the owners and with the help of Peric Immo . They invested 10.000 Euros to renovate and refurbish this outstanding apartment and our team keep fixing , repairing and improving any small details.

This pied a terre is close to all transportations and stores and is in a very nice neighbourood.

Equipment among others include micro-hifi stereo mp3-ipod usb, high speed internet WIFI free provided by Orange - France Telecom and 3 internet spaces very close around.

Fully equiped kitchen : micro wave, boiler, toaster, hair dryer, traditionnal oven, washer - dryer machine, vacum cleaner, glasses, plates etc...

Dvd-cd-vhs player, cables with 50 channels in various languages on a large Lcd plasma TV brand new.

Champs Elysées, the world famous Opera de Paris, la butte Montmatre et le Sacré- Coeur, le Louvre, la Defense, la Concorde, les Tuileries, Place Vendome, Porte Maillot, Saint Michel and Saint Germain are just a few subway or bus stations away as the famous department stores Galeries Lafayette , le Printemps and Madelios.

We somehow work like hotels but we are much cheaper by having a fully equiped kitchen corner and a very near supermarket.

Free wifi internet and cables, less full time staff but bigger appartement spaces, better equipements and prime locations.

Check in is 4 pm and check out is 2pm. we adapt to our guests

Our staff speak : English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, German, Ukrainian, Vietnamise, Hebrew.

In case of cancellation , the deposit will not be refunded but used for another stay .
